Oxnard Sunroom Expert is a licensed sunroom and patio contractor based in Oxnard, CA. We provide services including sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, and related construction and remodeling work. Services are provided to residential property owners in our service area. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Oxnard Sunroom Expert are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work as discussed. All estimates are provided in writing and reflect the agreed scope of work.
An estimate is not a binding contract until a separate written agreement or contract is signed by both parties. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes, if site conditions are discovered after work begins that could not reasonably have been identified during the estimate visit, or if material costs change significantly due to factors outside our control.
We will notify you in writing before performing any work that falls outside the original scope or that would result in additional charges. We will not bill for additional work without your prior written or documented approval.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and any required deposit have been received. Start dates are subject to permit approval timelines, weather conditions, and material availability. We will communicate any significant schedule changes as soon as we are aware of them.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposits that may be forfeited, will be specified in your written contract. Deposits cover design work, permit preparation, and administrative costs already incurred on your behalf.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will not charge you for delays caused by factors outside your control.
Payment terms will be specified in your written contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit at contract signing, progress payments tied to construction milestones, and a final payment upon project completion and your approval of the finished work.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the contract. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project and your walkthrough approval. Punch-list items (minor finishing details noted at the walkthrough) do not entitle you to withhold final payment, but we commit to completing them within the timeframe specified in your contract.
Oxnard Sunroom Expert will obtain all required building permits for the agreed scope of work as part of our services. You agree to cooperate with permit-related requirements, including providing access to your property for city inspections. You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with any homeowners association rules or other deed restrictions applicable to your property. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from HOA review requirements.
Warranty terms for workmanship and materials will be specified in your written contract. Warranties apply to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Oxnard Sunroom Expert.
Manufacturer warranties on windows, roofing, and other installed products are governed by those manufacturers' terms and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will provide you with applicable manufacturer documentation at project completion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ventura County, California.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply to all use of our website and requests for services made after the updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
