Services Provided

We provide professional sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related construction services in Oxnard, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, proper permitting, and site assessment.

Service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and any additional work requested by you during the project.

Your Responsibilities

When you work with us, you agree to:

  • Ensure clear access to the work area for our crew and equipment
  • Obtain any necessary homeowner association approvals before work begins
  • Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Communicate any concerns or changes promptly

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work, progress payments at specific milestones, and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including check, credit card, and bank transfer.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property in accordance with California law.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated project timelines in good faith based on typical conditions. However, actual completion times may vary due to weather, permit delays, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty on labor and materials. Specific warranty terms are provided in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and components are passed through to you and must be claimed directly with the manufacturer.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, lack of maintenance, or modifications made by others.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSP Oxnard Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Deposits may be partially or fully refundable depending on expenses already incurred for permits, materials, or design work. Once construction has begun, cancellation terms will be determined based on work completed and materials purchased.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
